If you did not make certain transactions, you should:
- Immediately report your card lost or stolen to prevent further unauthorized use from occurring. You can report a lost or stolen card in the “Card” section of the Account Centre. Click on the Card you’d like to cancel and then click “Cancel Card.”
- Download the Dispute Resolution Form here, complete all the fields, and email it back to us to the e-mail address printed on the form. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of this form. You can also call Customer Support, facilitate us the dispute information, and we
will complete and file the form for you.
